 For most events, we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks in advance. For larger events or popular venues, 2–3 months is ideal. That said, we can often work with shorter timelines — just ask. 

 We are based in Canton, Georgia and serve the full Atlanta metro area and North Georgia. We are happy to discuss events outside this area on a case-by-case basis. 

 Absolutely. Some of our most meaningful events have been planned with modest budgets. We are skilled at maximizing every dollar and will never recommend something that doesn't make sense for your business. 

 That's completely fine — venue scouting is one of our most valuable services. We have established relationships with venues across Atlanta and North Georgia and will find the perfect fit for your team and budget. 

 We always have a backup plan. From vendor contingencies to weather alternatives for outdoor events, we think through every scenario in advance so you never have to worry.  

 Yes — we plan any type of employee or customer engagement event. If it involves bringing your people together for a shared experience, we can plan it.
