Fee Structure

Our pricing is simple, transparent, and built to work for small businesses.

Fee covers all planning, coordination, vendor management, and event day supervision. We charge a planning fee of 15–20% of your total event budget. Examples below. That's it — no hidden costs, no surprise invoices. Clients pay Lily and Bear Events directly, and we handle vendors' fees.
