The Story Behind The Name
For nearly ten years, I stood at the front of a middle school science classroom — igniting curiosity, sparking wonder, and believing wholeheartedly that the right environment can change the trajectory of a person's life.
That belief never left me. It just found a new home.
As an educator, I watched high employee turnover ripple through schools in ways that broke my heart. Instability at the top trickles down — to teachers, to staff, and ultimately to the kids who need consistency the most. I saw it up close, year after year. And I knew I wanted to do something about it.
So I did.

Why I started Lily and Bear Events
I founded Lily and Bear Events with a simple but powerful conviction: when people feel genuinely connected to the people they work with, everything changes.
Retention improves. Morale rises. People stop just showing up — and start showing up for each other.
I named this company after the two people who inspire me most — my children. They are my reminder every single day of why consistency, connection, and feeling valued matter. Every child deserves a stable environment. Every employee does too.
